The Knitting Pattern CALIN beanie by Brooknit Bonneterie includes written instructions and access to videos to support the creation of a thick beanie, warm and cozy, like a suggy hug for your head. 
Yes, Calin is French for Hug!
It is knitted in the round, you knit the brim in a single string of yarn, fold in two, and knit the head and crown  in a double string of yarn. 
You play with texture, and cables, to create a thick, warm, and cozy effect. 
 
The pattern is written with a single size, but the stretchy texture makes it suitable for a wide range of head sizes (children 7/8 yo to adults).
It is designed based on the Brooknit Bonneterie's yarn (100% Merino superwash, worsted weight). Needles US size 8 / 5mm. 
If you are using different yarn and weight, make sure to measure with a gauge first to adjust the pattern and counts to the yarn weight, and needles sizes. 
 
 
Instructions are made of written patterns and QR codes to access supporting, on point, videos, to learn or refresh your memories.
